Return and Refund Policy.

Our return and refund policy is valid for 14 days after your purchase. Unfortunately, if 14 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your handpan must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be returned in its original packaging.

Excluded from return are:

• Handpans that have been used in performances or recordings, for example.
• Hand pans without original packaging.
• Custom hand pans made just for you.

To complete your return, we need proof of purchase.

Please do not return your handpan to the maker or workshop without prior notification. 

There are situations where only partial refunds are granted:

• Hand pans with obvious signs of use.
• Hand pans that are tarnished or damaged.
• Hand pans returned more than 14 days after delivery.

Reporting of damaged hand pans

If your handpan arrives damaged, please notify us as soon as possible, preferably within one day of receipt. Please provide us with photos and videos as proof of the damage. In such cases, we can make arrangements for the return of the product.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned handpan. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and the amount will be automatically refunded to your credit card or original payment method, within a certain number of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you have not yet received a refund, please check your bank account again first.

Then contact your credit card company. If you paid by credit card, please contact the credit card company as it may take some time for your refund to be officially credited.

After that, please contact your bank as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you have taken all these steps and you still have not received a refund, please contact us at {email address}.

Exchanges

Gifts

If the handpan was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift certificate worth your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the donor had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the donor and they will be notified of your return.

Returning shipments

You are responsible for the shipping costs of returning your handpan. Shipping costs are non-refundable. In the event of a refund, the return shipping fee will be deducted from your total refund amount.

Depending on your location, the time it takes for your exchanged handpan to arrive at your location may vary.
